The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) collects school fees for students from Class 1 to 12. For the 2024-25 academic year, you can pay these fees every quarter. The first payment can be made online or offline starting May 2024. The fees include costs for tuition, school development (Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi), and computer use. You can make payments and check receipts through the Union Bank’s UBI Portal, KVS MIS Portal, or the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS).

Kv Online Fees Payment 2024

Kendriya Vidyalaya fees are paid four times a year: January, April, July, and October. If you owe fees, you can pay them later or with the next quarter’s fee. You can also pay in advance. New students can pay their admission fee anytime. Payments can be made online on the KVS website, through Union Bank’s internet banking, or offline at a Union Bank branch.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Structure 2024-25

  1. If you rejoining the school, you need to pay Rs. 100.
  2. New students pay Rs. 25 for admission.
  3. Monthly tuition fees are:
    • Rs. 200 for boys in 9th-10th grade.
    • Rs. 300 for boys in 11th-12th grade studying Commerce or Humanities.
    • Rs. 400 for boys in 11th-12th grade studying Science.
  4. Computer class costs:
    • Rs. 100 for students from 3rd grade onwards.
    • Rs. 150 for 11th-12th grade Science students studying Computer Science.
  5. All students from 1st to 12th grade contribute Rs. 500 per month to the Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi (School Development Fund).

Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees 2024-25 Category Wise Exemption

  • Girls in all grades don’t pay tuition.
  • ST/SC students also don’t pay tuition.
  • Children of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan employees don’t pay tuition.
  • Children of armed forces and paramilitary forces get discounts on tuition, computer fund, and VVN contribution.
  • If their parents were killed or disabled in hostilities, they don’t pay tuition, computer fund, or VVN contribution.
  • Children of parents with a BPL card don’t pay tuition, computer fund, or VVN contribution.
  • Disabled students don’t pay tuition or computer fund.
  • If a girl from 6th to 12th grade is an only child, she doesn’t pay any fees.
  • Students who need help can get a VVN exemption for a year.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees Payment Modes 2024-25

Online Payment: You can pay the 2024-25 Kendriya Vidyalaya fees online at the KVS official website or through Union Bank’s internet banking.

Offline Payment: For offline payment, take the KV fees challan to a Union Bank branch. You need your 15-digit student ID and date of birth. Fees for each quarter are due within the first 15 days.

  2. Use your 15-digit Student ID and birth date to log in.
