SSC CPO Eligibility Criteria 2024
For the SSC CPO 2024 Exam, you need to have a degree and be between 20 and 25 years old. If you from OBC, you can be up to 28, and if you are from SC/ST, you can be up to 30.
SSC CPO Selection Process 2024
- Paper I: This is a 2-hour computer test with 200 questions on reasoning, general knowledge, math, and English. Each right answer gives you a point, and each wrong one deducts 0.25 points.
- Physical Tests: These tests have different standards for men and women. Men need to be at least 170 cm tall (or 165 cm for certain regions and 162.5 cm for ST) with a chest size of 80-85 cm. Women need to be at least 157 cm tall (or 155 cm for certain regions and 154 cm for ST). There are also races, jumps, and shot put tests.
- Paper II: This is another 2-hour computer test, but it’s all about English comprehension. It also has 200 questions, with the same scoring system as Paper I.
SSC CPO Application Fee 2024
For the 2024 Sub-Inspector exam, General and OBC candidates have to pay ₹100, but Women, SC/ST, and Ex-Servicemen can apply without any fee. You make the payment using a debit or credit card, NET, UPI, or other available options.
