The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, has announced the OTET 2024 notification for Paper I and II on June 21, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria
- Paper I: Requires Intermediate with 2-year DElEd or 4-year BElEd. No age limit.
- Paper II: Requires Graduation with 2-year DElEd, 2-year BEd/BElEd, 4-year BA.BEd, or BSc.BEd. No age limit.
Application Fee
- ₹500 for general candidates
- ₹300 for SC/ST candidates
Exam Pattern
- Mode: Offline
- Duration: 150 minutes for each paper
- Total Questions: 150 in each paper
- Maximum Marks: 150 in each paper
- Marking Scheme: +1 for each correct answer, no negative marking
- Subjects: Include Child Development, Languages (Odia/Urdu/Hindi/Telugu/Bengali & English), Mathematics, Environmental Studies (Paper 1), and optional subjects like Mathematics & Science or Social Science (Paper 2).
