JEE Main Eligibility 2024
For JEE Main 2024, there no age limit. You need passed your 12th grade or equivalent from a recognized board in 2022, 2023, or be appearing in 2024. Your subjects should include Language, Math, Physics, and two others like Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a vocational subject.
To get into B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.Plan programs, you need at least 75% marks (65% for SC/ST) or be in the top 20% of your board. For B.Arch in institutes other than IIITs, NITs, and CFITs, you need 50% in Math, Physics, and Chemistry in 12th grade or higher.
JEE Main Exam Date 2024
JEE Main 2024 has two papers. Paper 1 is for those who want to study engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) at NITs, IIITs, and other recognized institutions. It’s also the qualifying exam for JEE (Advanced) for IIT entrance.
Paper 2 is for admission into B. Arch and B. Planning programs.

- Click on “New Candidate Registration” under “Apply Online”.
- Fill the form and choose a password. Then, click “Submit”.
- You get your password and registration number on your email and phone.
- Log in and fill the application form. Upload the required documents and photos.
- Pay the JEE Main 2024 fee using online banking, credit/debit card, or UPI.
- Once the payment is successful, your application will be submitted.
