BSF Air Wing & Engineering Setup Eligibility Criteria 2024
Age Limit:
- For Air Wing roles like Assistant Aircraft Mechanic and Assistant Radio Mechanics, the maximum age is 28 years. For the Constable (Storeman) role, age should be between 20-25 years.
- For Engineering roles, the maximum age for Head Constables is 30 years. For other roles, age should be between 18-25 years.
Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Aircraft Mechanics and Assistant Radio Mechanic roles require a 3-year Diploma in the relevant field.
- Constables should have passed 10th grade with science and have two years of work experience.
- Sub-Inspectors (SI) should have a 3-year Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering, depending on the role.
- Head Constables need to have passed 10th grade or have an ITI certificate in carpentry or plumbing.
- Group C Constables should have passed 10th grade or have an ITI certificate in the relevant trade.
